Accounting Clerk

Accounting Clerk:

  • Record credit card receivables and research discrepancies
  • Compile non fuel credit card fees
  • Reconcile Comdata deposits with expected receipts
  • Record monthly journal entries from P&L between companies
  • Perform a monthly analysis of dealer locations
  • Other responsibilities per Director of Accounting


  • An understanding of QuickBooks
  • Ability to interpret cash register reports
  • Ability to use excel
  • Ability to use the internet
