Senior Maintenance Technician

  • Review incoming site inspection reports
  • Schedule field reps’ daily schedules
  • Maintains accurate list of fire prevention equipment
  • Maintain compliance of fire prevention equipment
  • Receives incoming maintenance calls and dispatches accordingly
  • Reviews incoming maintenance invoices
  • Reviews and approved time card of filed reps’
  • Performs site inspections
  • Ordering equipment and supplies
  • Replacing quarterly promotional advertisement materials, keeping up with brand standards
  • Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools
  • Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds
  • The position will require time in the office and time in the field
  • Company vehicle will be provided

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with employees in a pleasant manner
  • Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and fulfill all duties
  • Valid Driver’s license
